The staff ensured the room was clean, which I appreciated.
I found several issues . The minibar refrigerator did not keep items cold enough. The shower had inconsistent water temperature. It fluctuated unexpectedly from hot to cold.

The breakfast had a large selection. It suited every taste. The staff gave directions to various sites, always with a smile. i FOUND THE SERVICE EXCELLENT. The restaurant had nice dinners, which i enjoyed several times.
The hotel bar closed rather early.

I stayed in room 14 in the main building. it was wonderful and the comfort of the beds and linens was excellent. the breakfast buffet changed slightly every day. That was a nice touch.

excellent locationlovely giftsupportive staff
the hotel location was excellent, very close to the tower. there were little gifts left each day, a lovely touch. the front desk staff were consistently helpful and supportive with any request i had!
the room's decor felt slightly dated, though everything was clean.
